Guanqiu Qi received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, USA, in 2014.,He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Computer Information Systems Department, State University of New York Buffalo, Buffalo, NY, USA. His primary research interests include deep learning, machine learning, and image processing.

Zhiqin Zhu received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in control theory and engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2010 and 2016, respectively., He has presided over the funds of the National Science Foundation of China and the Educational Department of Chongqing. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Automation College, Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications, Chongqing. His primary research interests include machine learning and image processing.
