What is a Special Issue?
A Special Issue is a collection of peer-reviewed articles that focus on a special topic within the scope of the journal. These Special Issues aim to provide an opportunity and platform for authors and readers to discuss the latest research and new ideas.
Who will be the Lead Guest Editor?
If you would like to submit a proposal for a Special Issue, you will be taking on the role of Lead Guest Editor. Lead Guest Editors should have recognized expertise in the field covered by the Special Issue and ensure to contribute time to developing the Special Issue. They are responsible for defining the scope of the special issue, recruiting a team of suitably qualified Guest Editors, identifying and contacting potential contributors and overseeing the peer review process.
Submitting a Proposal
Please fill in all the fields in the PROPOSAL FORM and send it to the journal Editorial Office: firstname.lastname@example.org. All proposals will be evaluated by the Editorial Office and the Editor-in-Chief, and they will make the decision as to whether your Special Issue is suitable for this journal. Revisions may be requested to improve the proposal. If final approval is given, the Editorial Office will work with you to support the promotion and administration of the Special Issue.
